Terms of Use & Beta Terms

These Terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the Glass Captions private beta, both provided by Solis Films LLC d/b/a GlassFire ("GlassFire"). By using this site or joining the beta, you agree to these Terms.

Private beta status

Glass Captions is currently in private beta. Beta access is offered at our discretion, may be limited, and may change or end at any time. Beta software is pre-release and may contain bugs or incomplete features.

Provided "as is" during beta

During the beta, Glass Captions is provided "as is" and "as available,"without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the beta will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Do not rely on the beta as the sole solution for a mission-critical live event without a backup.

Your responsibilities

  • Use the site and beta lawfully and only as intended.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service except where the law expressly permits.
  • Make sure you have the rights to caption and translate any audio you process.

Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions about Glass Captions, you allow us to use it to improve the product without obligation to you.

Pricing

Glass Captions pricing will be announced at launch. Joining the list or beta does not create any obligation to purchase, and no price is set on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlassFire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the beta.

We may update these Terms as the product develops; the "last updated" date above will reflect changes.
